Guides
IMPORTANT: First, complete the Contract for the Provision of a Work Placement (Internship) in full and convert it to PDF/A format. Only then may it be signed electronically. Neither the Student nor the Provider may sign the Contract electronically before it has been converted to PDF/A.
The Contract is concluded exclusively in electronic form as a tripartite agreement and is signed by the Student, an authorised representative of the Provider (usually the company’s managing director), and the Dean of the Faculty. The Student must arrange for their own electronic signature and the electronic signature of the Provider’s authorised representative to be added to the Contract converted to PDF/A format. The Student must send the PDF/A Contract electronically signed by both parties (the Student and the Provider) by email to the Work Placement Coordinator, who will handle the further administration of the Contract and submit it to the Dean of the Faculty for electronic signing. Once the Dean has signed the Contract, the Work Placement Coordinator will send the final Contract, electronically signed by all three parties, by email to the Student and the Provider, using the Provider’s email address specified in the Contract.
