ICFE 2026: The 10th International Conference United Researchers from Around the World

September 2026We were proud to host the 10th International Conference on Finance and Economics (ICFE 2026) on 8–9 September at the Faculty of Management and Economics, Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Held in a hybrid format, the conference brought together an international community of researchers, both in person and online, with 38 papers presented across nine sessions covering finance and accounting, management and strategy, human resource management, entrepreneurship and sustainability, and marketing and tourism.
It was a pleasure to welcome four inspiring keynote speakers. Prof. Karim Sorour (Northumbria University) opened the conference with a thoughtful look at how governance can drive sustainability, and Prof. Lai Van Vo (Western Connecticut State University) followed the journey from CSR to ESG. On the second day, our Vice-Dean for Research, Prof. Boris Popesko, shared his view of where business and economics research is heading, and Prof. Aleksandr Ključnikov (Pan-European University) gave authors a refreshingly candid look behind the editorial desk.
Our sincere thanks go to the keynote speakers, to the session chairs, to the Dean of Faculty of Management and Economics, and discussants for their thoughtful engagement, and to every author for the quality of their work and the openness of the discussions.
We are equally grateful to the organising team, whose care and commitment ensured that both days ran so smoothly.
