Final State Examination Registration

Instructions for Final State Examination (FSE) Registration – Bachelor´s Degree (BSP)

To be eligible for the Final State Examination, students must register exclusively electronically via IS/STAG (pre-registration) between May 16 and May 22, 2026; paper forms are no longer accepted.

Prior to the FSE, the study program must be formally closed by completing all requirements, including earning 180 credits according to the relevant study plan (specifically checking the required Block B credits – check your studying plan  effective from your year of entry). Requirements include also completing the professional internship (for questions contact: Eva Kadlečková, kadleckova@utb.cz), and ensuring the preregistration of Bachelor Thesis Preparation and FSE Oral Defense for the summer semester in IS/STAG. Before registering, students are advised to verify all grades and credits by generating a “Course of Study” report in the IS/STAG  (My study/Course of study, timetable). Finally, the Bachelor’s thesis must be uploaded to IS/STAG by the deadline specified in the FaME Academic Calendar.

Instructions for Final State Examination (FSE) Registration – Master’s Degree (nMSP)

To be eligible for the Final State Examination, students must register exclusively electronically via IS/STAG (pre-registration) between March 16 and March 20, 2026; paper forms are no longer accepted.

Prior to the FSE, the study program must be formally closed by completing all requirements, including earning 120 credits according to the relevant study plan   (specifically checking the required Block B credits – check your studying plan  effective from your year of entry). Requirements include  completing the professional internship (for questions please contact Eva Kadlečková, kadleckova@utb.cz), and ensuring the registration of Diploma Thesis Preparation and FSE Oral Defense for the summer semester. Please note that Business English or Wirtschaftsdeutsch count toward Block A even if displayed as Block B in IS/STAG. Before registering, students are advised to verify all grades and credits by generating a “Course of Study” report in the IS/STAG (My study/Course of study, timetable). Finally, the Master’s thesis must be uploaded to IS/STAG by the deadline specified in the FaME Academic Calendar.
