Dr. Jana Přílučíková is an assistant professor at the Department of Finance and Accounting (UFU) at Tomas Bata University in Zlín (TBU). Her teaching and research activities focus on psychology and technology in auditing and finance, with a focus on transparency and trustworthiness, social responsibility, and sustainability 🌱. She has authored or co-authored empirical articles published in peer-reviewed journals Jimp/Jsc. She is the principal investigator or co-investigator of several research grant projects, currently involved in EU Horizon Europe (Sustainable Horizons) and TaCR projects. She actively participates as a sustaining professional member in three international associations and volunteers for the CFA Institute in London.
Previously, she worked in the banking sector and on the Czech stock exchange from 2009 to 2015. Since 2015, she has been working at the Faculty of Economics and Management at UTB , first as a postdoc research fellow at the Centre for Applied Economic Research (CAEV). Since 2016, she has held the position of an assistant professor and concurrently served also as a faculty advisor in the international investment student competition, CFA Research Challenge 🏆. Since April 2024, she has been fulfilling the duties of vice-dean for pedagogical activities at Faculty of Management and Economics (FaME), TBU in Zlín.
