She is responsible for faculty activities related to the care of internal relations at the faculty, quality, digitalization of processes, internal audits and socially responsible projects.
She develops expertise in students focused on working with people in organizations. She guarantees the teaching of Human Resource Management I, Human Resource Management II, Management Skills and Techniques and Fundamentals of Coaching. She supervises bachelor’s and master’s theses related to the field of study. She participates in courses for employees and the management community.
Her research interests focus on human resource management, leadership, career management, promoting knowledge sharing in organizations and well-being. She coordinates the activities of the PeopleFirst research team. She is involved in research projects. She conducts and consults on dissertations. She has (co)authored more than 80 scientific publications.
