In her pedagogical work, she focuses on teaching of accounting and international financial reporting standards. In research, she deals with the quality of accounting information and its impact on company performance and factors influencing the financial management of SMEs. Furthermore, she studies resources that can be used to increase the performance and competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and also the use of IFRS in SMEs and its influence on the measurement of their performance. She is also currently researching the causes of bankruptcy of small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals and the impact of these bankruptcies on creditors.
