FaME has a new professor

June 2022The ceremony of the presentation of appointment decrees to Associate Professors on 17 June 2022 in the Karolinum in Prague completed the path to the expansion of FaME’s team of professors. From the hands of the Minister of Education, Youth and Sports Petr Gazdík, the professor’s decree was received by Assoc. Yuriy Valentynovych Bilan, Ph.D., who works at our faculty at the Department of Cooperation with Practice and CAER.
The procedure for the appointment of Associate Professor Bilan as a Professor was started at FaME on May 25, 2021. Prof. Bilan was appointed a professor in the field of Business Management and Economics at the proposal of the Scientific Board of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. In addition to FaME, Professor Bilan also works at Rzeszów University of Technology, the Faculty of Management.
During the ceremony, the Minister of Education stressed the importance of the award in the form of the professorship, which only confirms exceptional teaching efforts and scientific, artistic or research activities. He also pointed out the dedication, determination and passion of all the awarded academic staff in their daily activities.
